Book a distillery tour and tasting in our Jersey distillery for just £20 per person! The old sail loft distillery is located at the historical french harbour in St Helier. The loft distillery is home to our 300ltr muller still and produces Pink Granite and Indica rum as well as limited edition spirits.

Experiences will take place on Thursday and Friday evenings at 6pm and Saturday afternoon 3pm. Offer can be used once per month as part of your Bailiwick Premium Membership. Once used the voucher will be void until the following month. When a new month begins your offer will be available again for use.

Whether its gin or rum great flavour is paramount; balancing selected botanicals to produce a spirit perfect for sipping on its own or pairing with tonic, or as the basis for your favourite cocktail. By distilling in very small quantities we are able to finely tune the flavour profile of each batch to ensure consistency and quality, crafting exquisite gins and rum for the connoisseur.
