Discounted Heating Oil Terms and Conditions
1). Fuel Supplies (C.I.) Ltd (FSCI) offers a discounted fuel rate to members of the Bailiwick Premium Members Club (BPMC) providing they open a domestic account and set up a Planned Delivery programme with payment by Direct Debit.
2). Members of the BPMC will receive a discount of 2ppl off the Planned Delivery rate for kerosene.
3). Members of the BPMC must notify FSCI of their membership number when setting up an account. No discounted purchases will be permitted without the provision of the unique membership number of the scheme.
4). This membership offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts. There is no cash alternative to the membership offer as described in these Terms and Conditions.
5). FSCI reserves the right to terminate, withdraw or amend the offer at any time without prior notice.
6). This membership offer is only applicable to domestic customers. Only one named BPMC member per domestic address will be eligible. BPMC members cannot use multiple membership cards on a single purchase of fuel to obtain a greater discount.
7). The discounted fuel cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
8). The discount will expire at the end of October 2021.
9). Any deliveries of domestic fuel will need to comply with FSCI standard delivery terms and conditions and local regulations.
10). FSCI reserves the right at its absolute discretion to reject a member of the scheme and discounted fuel will not be provided.
